Ardachearnbeg Cottages Location

The cottages are less than 1.5 hours from Glasgow Airport. From Erskine Bridge (M898) you can either:

NORTH END

Take the A82 past Loch Lomond until the Tarbet turn-off. Continue straight ahead on the A83 through Arrochar. Turn off left on to the A815 (Cowal and Bute ferry). At Strachur take the A886 to the right and continue towards Clachan of Glendaruel. Just less than half a mile past the caravan park turn right at our house side and take the left hand fork.

SOUTH END

Take the M8 and A8 through Greenock to Gourock past the Cal Mac ferry to the Western ferry terminal. Off the ferry go right, follow the coast road to a T junction. Take the A815 to the right. Just after the speed restriction ends take the B836 to the left. Continue to the end and at the T junction take the A886 to the right. About a mile past the Kilmodan Stones turn left at our house sign and take the left hand fork.
